Expert nutrition coaching for women navigating gestational diabetes, postpartum through perimenopause weight/body changes.
During your nutrition consultation, we’ll explore your current eating habits, health goals, and lifestyle to create a personalized plan that supports long-term wellness. You'll leave with clear guidance, practical strategies, and the confidence to take your next steps with food.
Weekly group sessions to review patterns, discuss what is working/not working, recipes/meal ideas & grocery products, self-management, tips, and self-care strategies.
This pop-in group offers a supportive space to explore your health goals through the lens of body neutrality and acceptance. Each week, participants will learn and share strategies to build healthier relationships with food without focusing on body size or numbers on the scale.Led by a registered dietitian, this group offers evidence-based guidance, meal ideas, and community connection to help you feel your best during recovery and beyond.

I’m a Registered Dietitian, Certified Bilingual Diabetes Educator, and proud mama, passionate about making nutrition accessible, practical, and inclusive. As a body-positive clinician, I focus on helping people build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies—without shame or restriction.
I work closely with community organizations to support health and wellness through hands-on culinary nutrition education. I also enjoy connecting with the public through media appearances that highlight practical, evidence-based approaches to eating well.
My background includes leadership roles in public health, including Clinical Director at the Institute of Family Health, Senior Vice President of Quality and Training at CHW Cares, Community Health Worker Supervisor/Trainer for Harlem Health Advocacy Partners, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist at Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates in New York City.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from NYU and a Master of Public Health from Hunter College. I’ve had the honor of being featured in health-related publications, speaking at American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) conferences, and serving as a panelist for the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s Committee to Review WIC Food Packages in 2016.
I’d love to work with you on your health journey—wherever you are, and however that looks for you.
