lover of life, and a people person. I created this page to share knowledge, experiences, and offer guidance. All of my programs are tailored to support you through your health and new parent journeys. I hold a Masters in Public Health from Hunter College and received my Bachelor’s in Nutrition from NYU. I also hold certifications in Diabetes, Childbirth Education, and Lactation support. I am deeply passionate about health equity, food justice, and improving maternity care practices. I am dedicated to empowering my clients and providing them with individualized evidenced-based information. My areas of focus and interest are: diabetes, intuitive eating, breastfeeding support, childbirth /new parent education.
