1. Who are these nutrition services for?

These services are for women in all stages of motherhood and midlife—especially those managing gestational diabetes, recovering postpartum, or going through perimenopause—who want expert guidance tailored to their unique needs.

2. what can I expect during my 1:1 Nutrition consultation session?

Each session is a safe, supportive space to explore your current eating habits, health concerns, and goals. Together, we’ll create a realistic and personalized plan that fits your life and supports your well-being.

3. What does gestational diabetes group coaching include?

Group coaching provides guidance on eating to manage blood sugar in a way that’s simple, stress-free, and judgment-free. You'll get meal ideas, label tips, and support from other pregnant people so you feel confident and less alone on your journey.

4. What does postpartum nutrition group support include?

This group offers support with nutrition, self-care, and lifestyle habits to help you feel nourished and cared for. We focus on gentle guidance, body positivity, and realistic tips to support your energy, mood, and recovery—without pressure or judgment.

5. What does perimenopause nutrition and lifestyle support include?

Support focuses on helping you feel your best through simple, nourishing meals and realistic lifestyle habits. We’ll cover ways to manage symptoms like fatigue, mood changes, and weight shifts with food, movement, and self-care—always with a supportive, judgment-free approach.

6. Are your services weight focused?

No. I practice a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. That means we focus on how you feel, your health markers, and your relationship with food—not the number on a scale.

7. Do you accept insurance?

I’m not currently billing insurance, but I’m actively working on offering that option in the future. In the meantime, I provide affordable self-pay rates and can offer a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement.

8. Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! I exclusively offer convenient telehealth appointments so you can join from wherever you are, which means no travel and no stress.

9. What if I miss a live webinar—can I access a recording?

Yes! All webinars are recorded, and you’ll receive a link to watch the replay at your convenience. That way, you can catch up anytime that works for you.

10. Do you offer sliding scale fees for sessions?

Yes, I offer sliding scale pricing to help make nutrition support more accessible. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll work together to find an option that fits your needs.

11. Do you partner with health organizations or community programs?

Yes, I collaborate with health organizations, community groups, and institutions to provide workshops, trainings, and group support programs. If you're interested in working together, I’d love to hear from you!
